Pricing and Payment Options


We can process your document for a CA apostille by the end of the following day (not including shipping time and fee) for $160. If you need it sooner, you can check if that will be possible the day you are calling and we can go over the additional fees based on when we are receiving the document(s).

These fees include the CA Secretary of State’s fees. They are based on receiving your documents by FedEx or other shipment method.

MOBILE FEE (instead of Fedex from you to us): We can travel to your home or office in a 15-mile radius of Mid-City (central) LA to notarize or pick up your documents for an additional $40-75 for each leg of the pickup or dropoff of your documents, depending on your location. Additional locations are possible at a fee to be discussed.

ADDITIONAL APOSTILLES: The fee for additional documents processed for an apostille at the same time is $80 each.

PAYMENT METHOD: We accept cash, company checks, credit cards and PayPal. You can also use our convenient Pay Now button below AFTER we have reviewed your documents. We will provide you with a receipt upon payment. Payment must be made before we travel to the Secretary of State’s office.
